Who is an entrepreneur? And what are his characteristics?
An entrepreneur is built, but the fact that he has certain natural traits and talents cannot be discounted. Entrepreneurs often possess extroversion as a characteristic - it is in their nature to be outgoing and ready to take risks and chances. An entrepreneur is also seem to be one who infuses cohesion and motivation among his workers so that his business enterprise grows towards achieving the goals envisioned for it and finally does accomplish each one of them. Although environmental influences on an entrepreneur cannot be disregarded, it is widely accepted that entrepreneurs are built in a certain way.
